ISTA Foundation is committed to providing a safe, secure, and supportive environment for our community. Protecting children from exploitation and abuse is our highest priority. The following standards apply to all users of the ISTA Community and ISTA Vidya platforms.
1. Zero Tolerance for CSAE/CSAM
ISTA Foundation has a zero-tolerance policy for Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). We strictly prohibit:
- Creating, possessing, downloading, sending, or sharing any imagery or content that depicts the sexual exploitation or abuse of children.
- Any form of grooming, harassment, or behavior that puts children at risk.
- Using our platform to facilitate illegal acts involving minors.
2. Reporting Mechanisms
We provide accessible tools for users to report safety concerns:
- In-App Reporting: Users can report safety concerns directly via the "Help & Support" section in the ISTA Community app settings.
- Direct Email: Safety concerns can be reported immediately to our dedicated safety team at contact@istafoundation.in.
3. Moderation and Enforcement
To maintain a safe environment, we employ the following measures:
- Active Moderation: We use a combination of automated AI detection tools and human review to identify and remove prohibited content.
- Account Termination: Any user found to be in violation of these standards will have their account immediately and permanently terminated.
- Reporting to Authorities: We comply with global and local child safety laws. All confirmed instances of CSAM will be reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement agencies.
4. Compliance and Standards
ISTA Foundation complies with applicable children's privacy and safety laws, including:
- COPPA (USA): Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act.
